Corporate & group FAQ
What's the minimum and maximum group size?
We arrange flexibly, from small teams to venue buyouts for several dozen people. Let us know your headcount in advance so we can plan the space and instructors.
Do you offer venue buyout or on-site service?
Yes — we host private buyouts, and off-site / on-site options are available, quoted by event scale and location.
Can year-end or end-of-year events be customized?
Absolutely. We regularly host year-end parties, spring banquets, and team building, with themed sessions, refreshments, and group-photo artwork.
How is pricing calculated?
By workshop type, headcount, and duration. Send us your requirements via LINE for a tailored quote.
Roughly how much does a group workshop cost?
It depends on the workshop, headcount, and duration. Group Fluid Bears run about NT$590–1,580 per person; most 10–30 person team-building sessions land around NT$800–1,500 per person. Send your headcount via LINE for an exact quote.
What's the minimum group size to book?
Small groups of about 6–8 can book a private class; smaller numbers can also join an open session. For 20–40+ we recommend a full venue buyout, with enough instructors and workstations arranged.
Can we book on weekdays or weekends? How about timing?
Both work. Weekdays are more flexible for during-work-hours team building; weekends and the year-end peak (Nov–Jan) book up fast, so reserve 2–4 weeks ahead.
How long does the activity take?
A group Fluid Bear session runs about 60–90 minutes including briefing, making, and photos. With refreshments and mingling, plan 1.5–2.5 hours — easy to pair with a company dinner or staff trip.
Can you issue an invoice for company reimbursement?
Yes, we issue official invoices so the cost can be filed under staff welfare, training, or event budgets. Just give us the company title and tax ID when booking.
Is it easy to get there and park?
We're a 30-second walk from Zhongxiao Dunhua MRT Station — the MRT is easiest. Paid parking lots are nearby if you drive, and the meeting point is easy to find.
Does bad weather affect the activity?
Not at all. We're an indoor studio — the perfect rainy-day backup when a staff trip or outdoor team-building plan gets rained out.
