Do I see which venue it is before paying?

You see the area (e.g. Gongguan, Xinsheng, Sanchong), date, time and number of courts. The exact venue, floor and court number appear after payment — that information is what you're buying. Not sure about the location? Message us first and we'll tell you roughly how far it is.

How do I know the booking is real?

After paying you get our screenshot from the venue's booking system, including the booking number and time slot. Give that number at the desk and you're in.

What if the venue cancels or I can't get in?

Please take it up with the venue directly — the booking lives in their system, so they're the only ones who can change or cancel it. We'll gladly hand over the booking details as proof, but sales are final and we can't refund a transfer once it's paid. Please be sure before you pay.

Could two people buy the same slot?

No. The first successful payment locks the slot and the page switches to "Taken". In the rare case of simultaneous payments, the later one gets a full refund and we contact you directly.
