Terms of participationRequired

1. Your spot is only reserved once online payment is complete.
2. A successful payment does not guarantee that you can take part: we reserve the right to cancel your sign-up or the session at any time, and no refunds are given.
3. Payment is online only. Whatever the payment method, no change is given and no differences are made up.
4. All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to: we cancel a session or end it partway on the day, you can't make it or don't show up, weather or venue issues stop play, and any other situation.
5. We may cancel a session at any time, and may end a session on the spot during the event.
6. We (the organiser) reserve the right to change the shuttlecocks or balls used, the matches played, and any other aspect of how a session is run at any time, and participants may not object.
7. Any unlawful conduct, injury, or other incident that occurs at the venue is the sole responsibility of the person involved and has nothing to do with us.
